We’re happy to announce the launch of the Webhook per Phone Number feature in Cloud API. This means that using Cloud API is even easier – no changes are needed in your Webhook handling, since the existing Webhook per Phone Number set in On-premise will also be supported.

In this session, we discussed a pertinent topic requested by Partners and Clients over the past months: WhatsApp Business Account Health. We covered what to look for, how to manage the account’s health, and the steps to appeal in case of rejection. This session can help you understand the key indicators of account health, best practices for maintaining a healthy account status, and detailed instructions if you face any challenges.
In this session, we recapped WhatsApp’s new Per-User Marketing Message Limit, diving into the impacts since the global rollout, which was just one week before the session. We also shared a QR code so you can send us questions about the topic or suggestions for what you would like to see in Partner Office Hours, including how you reacted/were impacted with the changes.
In this session, we anticipated the global rollout of Per-user Message Limits on May 23, explaining what they are, why Meta is implementing them, and how you should prepare for it. We also brought some results and learnings from India’s experience with these limits since the beginning of 2024.
