Technical Solutions Consultant (m/f)

Who is 360dialog?

360dialog is a company which believes that awesome technology can solve many of the problems faced by society today. While concentrating at the moment on the real-time marketing field our aim is to create a robust platform which allows the automation of any real-time, event-based activity. We bring in sophisticated data science and machine learning algorithms to minimize the need for human involvement in the day-to-day, leaving them to concentrate on the bigger picture while our platform acts as a never-tired colleague who can take care of all the things too vast or too fast for our meat-bag understanding. Our mentality is of the ‘work hard, play harder’ variety and we encourage communication rather than isolation as the path to solving problems, working within an agile framework we are constantly looking to improve.

Your Role

You are the next owner of our client workshop approach? You are responsible that concepts for client workshops are designed perfectly so that you and other team members are able to gather all information needed, to bring the client to the next level, using our lifecycle marketing and real-time customer interaction products – be it before the initial setup phase or within a value review phase.

You will be part of our bizdev team with a lot of exciting opportunities. Evangelization of innovative product offerings or customer interaction and experience solutions as well as establishing new partnerships or initiating strategic projects will be part of your role. Besides that, you will be participating in our latest mobile communication initiative: Chatbots. You get the chance to actively shape our AI-based and machine-learning chatbot products because you’re the one at the heartbeat of our customers knowing how they could profit best from our intelligent, real-time interaction management.

Your Profile

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, research or agile project management ideally in the marketing, CRM or mobile industry

Integration Engineer (m/f)

Who we are

As a first-mover in the market, we help brands to (re)engage and convert their audience in order to maximize customer lifetime value and enhance the customer journey. We were chosen as experts in mobile solutions for major players and app brands. Our platform deals with huge amounts of data and billions of requests. Our international and multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Data Scientists, has an excellent proven track record in real-time computing. Together we are developing the next generation of marketing automation technology. Distributed and fault tolerant, our system is able to process vast amounts of data in real-time. As an Integrations Engineer you will be working closely with product managers and developers, both from internal teams and from our customers. As one of the most central and collaborative functions at 360dialog, you will work with our customers from conception to launch, improving also our processes to become more efficient and effective every day.

Your role

  • Work with our customers to understand their needs and design a solution together with our developers.
  • Take full ownership of integration projects and act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and further developments.
  • Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
  • Define and execute project plans, managing activities, costs, schedule and performance.
  • Handle risk management by identifying possible issues and tracking progress to ensure project goals.
  • Serve as liaison between internal and external technical and non-technical teams to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external use with details on the proposed solutions, status updates or as basis for decision-making.
  • Actively propose improvements to our processes and help implement the changes that make our Company more efficient.

How well does this fit you?

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a professional services or project management role, preferably around mobile services, app development or in a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing project execution, budgets and timelines.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation and write software requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Solid analytical, critical and creative problem solving skills.
  • High level of personal organization, as well as the ability to promote efficient and effective teamwork.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, in both German and English.
  • Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem.
  • Experience with modern software stacks (no-SQL databases, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, etc.).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Striving when working independently and driving development forward, with a passion to just make things work.

Technical Product Manager (m/f)

 Help us build the future of of real-time marketing automation

360dialog provides a mobile focussed real-time marketing automation platform. We create tools to help companies make sense of their customer journey and manage their customer touch points along this journey.

We believe that the ideal customer segment has the size of one and that machine learning and data science can be leveraged to help cater customer communication to each individual. We take a platform approach that allows customers to integrate their very own channels and data sources to create real solutions.

As a Technical Product Manager you become part of the product team working closely with our engineering team to develop a kick-ass customizable marketing automation platform on top of our proprietary real-time mass orchestration technology that will blow you away.

Your responsibilities

  • Take over product ownership for a part of the 360 Marketing Automation Plattform
  • Work cross functionally with sales, customer service integrations and engineering to deliver a product that our customers love
  • Understand and conceptualize the needs of our customers as well as their priority and turn them into epics and stories that allow developers to fully understand the customer goals
  • Keep an eye on our research and development and pick up on useful technological developments that can be productized
  • Educate, Evangelize and work with product marketing to make sure every team that interacts with your product understands it and can do their best to make your product a success

What we need to see

  • Computer science or similar degree. Graduated top of your class.
  • 3 years experience working as a product manager on a highly technical B2B product with full responsibility for the delivered product
  • You have proven that you can take an idea and turn it into reality. You have built your own product in the past, a side project, your own company or organization.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal

QA Automation Engineer

Our international and multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers and Data Scientists, has an excellent proven track record in real-time computing (working in Finance and AdTech). Together we are developing the next generation of marketing automation technology. Distributed and fault tolerant, our system is able to process vast amounts of data in real-time. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work in the design, development and execution of automated tests around our platform in order to meet the high standards expected by our Customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Review requirement specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to Product Managers and Developers.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts.

Our ideal candidate profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of proven track in developing or testing highly scalable distributed systems.
  • Excellent coding skills using scripting languages (ideally Python and Shell).
  • Preferably some understanding of the ecosystem (AdTech or MarTech).
  • Good understanding of mobile platforms.
  • Ability to work in Agile environment.

Product Manager “Customer Integration” (m/f)

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, support in designing solutions for our customers, while bridging technical and business worlds. Striving when working independently and driving development forward, the Product Manager “Customer Integration” is passionate about making things work. Your technical expertise is valued and you ensure constant optimization and exceeding our customers expectations.

  • Enable integration of key products and solutions for mobile apps
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, develop business requirements, and complete functional specifications for our APIs.
  • Collect and manage requirements from all stakeholders across multiple products
  • Assist in defining general features for 360dialog products within existing verticals and into new verticals
  • Act as ,voice of the customer’ to help shape 360dialog product offerings
  • Produce documentation and other materials for customers
  • Track and assist execution of product roadmaps and development schedules
  • Quality testing, analysis and creating solutions together with developers
  • Shape 360dialog product offerings and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Work closely with our Head of Product Development to keep on track in execution of product roadmaps and development schedules

Your background

You will be highly suited to the job if you have experience in the following:

  • 5 years of experience als Product Manager or (App-)Developer solid and wide-range of technical expertise in the are of softwaredevelopment (tools, testing, analysis)
  • Experience in specifications of software in agile environment (e.g. UML, BPM, SysML, BDD/User Stories)
  • Understanding and experience in agile software development (Communication, planning, processes) understanding of mobile technology (iOS and Android)
  • Knowledge in (REST) API, (no)SQL database, Key-­‐Value-­‐Stores and Business Intelligence Systems and Applications
  • Exposure to Online/Mobile-Communication
  • Ability to work with complexity and prioritization
  • Solutions- and results-driven
  • Comfort in interacting directly with colleagues and customers, excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency level, ideally second European language
