360dialog joins the censhare family!
We are thrilled to announce that censhare AG, a leading Digital Experience Platform vendor, has acquired a majority investment stake in our company in order to bring to the market an exciting, new, integrated solution addressing the challenges brands face in the next wave of digital disruption.
With top clients like Kohl’s, Jaguar Landrover, Dyson, Rewe, Migros and Vitra using their Universal Smart Content Management platform, Munich based censhare understands, as we do, the challenges of the contemporary marketer and the need to engage consumers, in the micro-moment. This investment complements our Mobile Engagement Automation Platform for Real-time Customer Interaction Solutions, formalizing a collaboration that has been happening for some time.

360dialog is going to accelerate censhare’s capabilities in omnichannel customer engagement, specifically in mobile, where a high proportion of today’s consumer conversations are happening, not just in marketing, but as an essential customer service channel.
The acquisition will create a combined company with close to 400 people, offices across Europe and North America, with revenues approaching €35m. 360dialog will retain its headquarters in Berlin and remain as an independent subsidiary within the (Censhare) group.
